Heroes and their descriptions in Deadlock – a new game from Valve

Long before the formal announcement, details on Valve’s next game Deadlock started to surface online. Many sources confirm that it is a blend of Dota 2, Overwatch, and Team Fortress 2. Heroes and their descriptions in Deadlock – a new game from Valve 

A closed alpha test for Deadlock began in the middle of May 2024, and dishonest players started posting videos of the impending project on social media. The identities and descriptions of the heroes were disclosed by testers concurrent with the release of gameplay. 

List of Deadlock heroes and their descriptions

Deadlock’s alpha version is said to have 19 characters, comprising humans, robots, magicians, and other animals. Only 11 of the characters’ appearances and descriptions are known at the time the material was published, even though we know the names of every character. 

Gray Talon

A proficient long-range shooter. Using deadly accuracy, decoys, and astute positioning, the crafty predator Gray Talon vanquishes even the most formidable foes.

Infernus

Watches opponents burn after setting them on fire. With a variety of attack techniques, Infernus may scorch opponents before charging in to finish them off. It will be impossible for Infernus’s adversaries to flee the flames because of his extraordinary speed. 

Haze

Crept up on him and opened fire. Hayes can hold her own in a shootout when she concentrates on her objective. Instead of taking damage, the heroine likes to start one-sided firefights and then kill any close targets.

Lady Geist

Sacrifices health and then takes it back. Expending health to achieve devastating effects is the source of Lady Geist’s power. When it ends, the heroine can suck the life out of her rivals.

Seven

Sends waves of opponents reeling from an electric jolt. Seven wins the fight by holding back until the ideal time to attack. Then, charging into combat like a tempest, he showers his adversaries with lightning.

Ivy

Forms a formidable pair with an auspicious friend. Ivy can shock and slow adversaries with her powerful combat methods. She is most effective while working in tandem with an ally, exchanging heals and enhancing both of their weaponry. 

Kelvin

stops adversaries in their tracks. An easy triumph or a devastating defeat depends on prompt healing and effective teamwork. Calvin’s team has the advantage of maneuvering because they can slide around slower opponents to achieve this.

Vindicta

shoots gullible adversaries. With her great mobility, Vindicta can choose her victim and gradually drain her life force. When she shows up on the map, wounded adversaries should be cautious as they could potentially be eliminated.

Warden

weakens his adversaries and goes after them from behind. Warden advances from the front, charging into combat and taking away its adversaries’ capacity for successful combat. However, what the “Guardian” views as bravery may be viewed by others as recklessness, and he may quickly find himself in serious trouble if he is careless.

Wraith

Destroys isolated targets. Excellent in one-on-one combat, Wraith isolates targets, destroying them with ruthless efficiency, and then teleports away before anyone can strike back.

Yamato
